Please note bespoke/made to measure orders are non refundable/non exchangeable as they are custom made to your specifications.
Merchandise in salable condition attached may be exchanged for a different size only, within 14 days of shipping date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. After 14 days, all sales are final.
To receive an exchange authorization (EA) number, please email us at service@yesaet.com, and provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to exchange and size. You are responsible for the exchange shipping costs.
Customers must pay for shipping for exchanges and purchase tracking/delivery confirmation. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, YESAET is not responsible for the package if there is no tracking confirmation.
All online orders must be returned to YESAET for exchange of size only. Please contact us if there are any concerns at service@yesaet.com
