The
Eshe shell is what happens when a refined basic becomes something more.
Cut from exquisite hand-loomed Ethiopian cotton gauze, this crinkle Eshe shell carries a natural smock effect born directly from the textile itself — no synthetic processing, no shortcuts. Just the honest beauty of hand-spun fiber doing what it does best.
Lightweight without being sheer. Textured without being precious. The Eshe is the piece you reach for on repeat across seasons— whether you’re dressing it up, layering it down, or packing it into a carry-on for the third trip this season.
Eshe travels well, wears across seasons, and only gets better with time — the crinkle deepens, the cotton softens, the story grows. Every piece traces a direct line from an Ethiopian farm, through the hands of women artisans, to your wardrobe.

The Details
The crinkle plissé texture is entirely natural, a product of how the cotton is hand-loomed in Ethiopia. The result is a fabric with an inherent smock-like stretch and tactile depth that machines cannot replicate. At the hem, hand-twisted eyelash fringe adds a final artisanal flourish — subtle, considered, distinctly YESAET. Short side slits allow for ease of movement and layering without disrupting the clean silhouette.
